What drives us!

We are In Pizza We Crust, Seattle’s only family-owned, hand-crafted pizza company that gives a slice of the profits on every pizza we make back to local charities.

Our goal is to open a wood fired pizza food truck so we can bring our pizza to the streets of Seattle. We enjoy supporting our favorite local charity, the Seattle Ronald McDonald House in Seattle, which provides housing and meals to families whose children have serious illnesses.  Our plan is to give back a portion of our profits once our pizza truck is up and running. It gives us, the Tran Clan great satisfaction connecting and giving back to our local community while doing what we love. Craft pizza makes it a special pizza with a special cause.

Every time Stephanie and her team cooks for RMH they get rave reviews. They have become very popular with our families.”

Meet the Tran Clan!

I am Stephanie Tran, a hard-driven career woman, wife, and mother of three boys. My husband, Stan, and I worked around the clock raising our children into compassionate grown men.  I worked days and Stan worked nights but somehow I always found time to cook amazing meals from scratch, purposely to bring our family together at the dinner table, simply for a smile in return. Over time, I inadvertently turned my whole family into foodies!  Pizza was always a Tran Clan favorite and they would critique every pizza, if only to satisfy their own taste buds.  Over time, the boys insisted I turn this pizza thing into a business. The more I thought about it, the more I realized this is our calling!  Corporate life is good, but making pizza fuels our heart and soul. So, guess what folks, we’re doing this!
